Treaty United earned a credible 0-0 draw with Galway United last night when they curtailed the home side’s attack and also managed to create three good chances of their own in the first half.
We caught up with Treaty United striker Dean George after the game and he reiterated that the team were just concentrating on putting in a big performance.
“Against Athlone we were happy with the result but the performance wasn’t there for the full 90 minutes. Against Galway, we knew it was going to be a tough game and it was all about the performance and to come away with a point is great.”
