UL STUDENT Life, the student body of the University of Limerick, has announced the line up for this year’s ‘Freshers Week’ which will run on the Castletroy campus from September 26 to 28.

The loud and live lineup includes Cabal, a Limerick collective born out of UL, kicking off proceedings on Monday September 26.  Also on the bill are Irish DJ duo Belters Only featuring Jazzy, Shane Codd, DJ Marty Guilfoyle, and award-winning professional bike riders Trialstar.

Event coordinator Dara Fahy said they were delighted to be able to bring top quality entertainment to UL Students, not only gigs but also engaging performances that do not revolve solely around alcohol.

UL Student President Maeve Rutledge, said they were working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the wellbeing and safety of not only of the students but the wider Castletroy community.

“Making student’s time on campus a memorable one is at the core of UL Student Life’s ethos,” she added.
