TRIBUTES have been paid to a beautiful and one-of-a-kind young mother who died in a road traffic collision in County Limerick in the early hours of this (Sunday) morning.

Named locally as 29-year-old Shannen “Angelica” O’Halloran, from Dooradoyle in Limerick City, she died at the scene of the single vehicle crash at Kilduff, Pallasgreen around 3.30am.

It’s understood Ms O’Halloran’s partner, Paul Bennett from Limerick City, and two of their children were traveling in the car at the time and are being treated for serious but non life-threatening injuries.

The road was closed for several hours today to allow a technical examination of the scene by Garda forensic collision investigators.

Described as a dedicated mother and a skilled beautician, tributes to Ms O’Halloran appeared online as her loved ones and friends tried to come to terms with her sudden death.
