Trisha’s Day of Reset will feature cookery demos and talks from special guests Georgie Crawford host of the Good Glow podcast and Laura Dowling aka Fabulous Pharmacist.
Georgie who has recently published her first book entitled Glow Five Steps to Create the Life You Dream About, will give a keynote talk to attendees helping them to find ways to upgrade their lives in a positive and manageable way. Laura Dowling who many will know from her Instagram Fabulous Pharmacist will talk about empowering yourself with knowledge about your health and being in tune with your own body. If you’re worried about discussing body issues Laura is going to break down those barriers and break taboos!
Trisha’s Day of Reset will also feature cooking demos and Trisha will talk about the power of reset and how people can apply this in their own lives, rewriting their beliefs and changing their habits in a way that is not only manageable but easier that you think!
Trisha has shared her own personal mission to change her life while losing weight, and other insights with her loyal community of 231k Instagram followers, she has two best-selling cookbooks.
Trisha’s Day of Reset comes to the Radisson Hotel in Limerick on Sunday April 16 with a day of cookery demos and conversations.

Trisha’s Day of Reset kicks off at the Radisson Hotel in Limerick on Sunday 16th April with a day of cookery demos, special guests and conversations before heading to Kilkenny on Sunday 30th April, the Heritage in Kilenard on Sunday 21st May. Tickets priced at €55 including booking fee.
