THE Council has revealed that it intends to proceed to the detailed design stage for the provision of a Columbarian Wall Garden in Kilmurry Graveyard.
According to Senior Engineer Aidan Finn, the local authority will procure consultants for the preparation of the detailed design and tender documents.
“The project will progress to this stage towards the latter end of 2023,” he said.
Columbarium walls are typically used to store cremated remains instead of having them buried.
