Young Munster pick up AIL win ahead of mid-season break

AHEAD of a short break in the All-Ireland League (AIL), Young Munster picked up an important 22-8 Division 1A win at Dublin University.

Stephen McLoughlin, Ruadhan Quinn, and James Horrigan were Young Munster’s try scorers, while Aidan Shortall kicked two conversions and a penalty.

Elsewhere, Shannon surprisingly lost 25-13 at home to newly promoted City of Armagh.

In the Women’s All Ireland League UL Bohemian still lead the way after their 29-10 home win against Blackrock College.
