NOT surprisingly, Ballygunner (Waterford) have been named as favourites for the upcoming Munster and All-Ireland Club Hurling Championships.
The Waterford kingpins are a shade of odds-on to retain their provincial title, and 9/4 for national glory.
Limerick champions Na Piarsaigh are 2/1 second favourites for Munster success, and chalked-up at 5/1 to win a second All-Ireland crown.
In Munster, the betting is: Ballygunner 5/6, Na Piarsaigh 2/1, Kiladangan (Tipperary) 11/2, Clonlara (Clare) 12/1 and Sarsfields (Cork) 20/1.

At the weekend, Sarsfields host Ballygunner, with the winners out against Na Piarsaigh in the Munster semi-final a fortnight later.
If Ballygunner come through, Na Piarsaigh will have home advantage at the Gaelic Grounds.
