Desmond League interest in Munster Junior Cup

BRESKA Rovers and St. Ita’s carry the hopes of the Desmond League in this weekend’s Munster Junior Cup.

Ashford side St. Ita’s will be huge underdogs at home to Clare Premier Division outfit, Avenue United. The Ennis side are among the favourites for Munster Junior Cup glory. 

Elsewhere, Breska Rovers make the lengthy trip to Drinagh Rovers who are West Cork League holders. 

Both are fourth round, last 32 ties.

Meanwhile in Gaelic Games, the Premier Junior A Football Final has been switched from Ballyagran to Athea on Saturday, 2pm.
