
GARDAĆ have renewed a public appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 73-year-old Limerick man John McSweeney.
An Garda SĆochĆ”na renewed the appeal this evening (Tuesday), urging landowners, people who may have buildings or out houses, and people who own vacant houses in the Athea and surrounding areas to check them to see if they have been used.
73-year-old Athea man John McSweeney has been missing from his home in County Limerick since the afternoon of Saturday January 6, 2024, GardaĆ say.
He is described as being approximately 5′ 7″ in height, slim build, bald, and has a missing front tooth.

- Cavity Walls: Up to ā¬1,700 Grant
- Internal Dry Lining: Up to ā¬4,500 Grant
When last seen, Mr McSweeney was wearing a black coat, a black peaked cap, and wellington boots.
