Council seek expressions of interest in affordable housing in Newcastle West

Limerick City and County Council are seeking expressions of interest in the Churchtown development in Newcastle West.

LIMERICK City and County Council has called on hopeful owners to express their interest in prospective affordable housing in Newcastle West.

The local authority launched an expression of interest survey to determine desire from potential homeowners in the new Churchtown housing develop in Newcastle West.

The council said it was “actively considering the development of affordable homes at Castle Place, Churchtown, Newcastle West, and have encouraged eligible buyers interested in the housing development to complete the expression of interest survey”.

The estate is located within a 30-minute drive of Limerick City.

The survey is open until February 16 on mypoint.limerick.ie/surveys.
