Famous Limerick son to give talk on mindfulness to Network Ireland Limerick members

A FAMOUS Limerick son will return to Shannonside to give the ladies of Network Ireland Limerick a talk on mindfulness and meditation.

Comedian Dermot Whelan will be in the Savoy Hotel to talk to the members of Network Ireland Limerick about how successes can be achieved through a healthy mindset and lifestyle.

Network Ireland Limerick President Fiona Doyle said: “We wanted to create an event that would marry the idea of mindfulness, destressing, meditation, as well as learning techniques for success for life.”

The event takes place on February 22 at 7pm at the Savoy Hotel and is open to all.
