Sarah Lavin (Emerald AC) secured her sixth National Senior Indoor 60m hurdles title with another smashing performance at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena.
Her time (7.91 seconds) was just seven hundredths of a second off Derval O’Rourke’s Irish Record, set in 2006.
Lavin will compete at the World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland, the weekend after next.
