New mortgage broker brings fresh jobs to Limerick City

10 NEW jobs have been created in Limerick with the announcement that a new mortgage broker has opened doors in the city.

SYS Group this week opened SYS Mortgages, based at the Crescent at the top of O’Connell Street, with 10 new positions based here.

The company says that it have ambitious plans to become a major force in the mortgage industry, with access to all mortgage companies and the “best rates” in the market.

Tony Delaney, chief executive of SYS Group, said that the opening of the Limerick office mark a “significant milestone” for the group.

“We have put a huge amount of effort in over the past year in preparation, ensuring we get the right team in place and securing Central Bank approval. We are always committed to expanding the range of services available to our clients and growing the company’s footprint across Ireland,” he said.

The new office was officially opened by Limerick Minister of State Kieran O’Donnell, who said that “the SYS Group are an excellent example of an ambitious Irish company seeking to expand the range of services to their customers and creating jobs. This new base, SYS Mortgages here in the city is a further endorsement of Limerick’s strong brand offering.”
