HSE launches covid-19 spring booster vaccine campaign

THE HSE has launched its spring booster vaccination programme to help protect against the Covid-19 virus.

The booster is free to people aged 80 or older and those aged five or older with a weak immune system.

It is also available for free to older persons living in residential care facilities.

The vaccines will be available from participating GPs and pharmacists as well as from HSE teams visiting residential care facilities (including nursing homes) and housebound individuals.
