EVA International, Irelandโs biennial of contemporary art, which takes place every two years in Limerick, has announced arts academic and researcher Eszter Szakaฬcs as the curator of its guest programme for the 41st instalment of the festival.
Ms Szakaฬcs joins a curatorial team that includes Iarlaith Niฬ Fheorais and Roy Claire Potter, led by EVA director Matt Packer.
She is a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdamโs School for Cultural Analysis.
EVA International will next return to Limerick from August 29 to October 26, 2025, and will see a number of venues and spaces across the county transformed for the festival.
