LIMERICK sporting legend Paul OโConnell teamed up with childrenโs charity Barnardos and ALDI to encourage children across Limerick to get active.
Over 700 students across Limerick are already taking part in this yearโs Barnardoโs Big Active programme, which encourages students of all ages to focus on their health and wellbeing while helping others across a series of challenges and activities.
โLooking after our wellbeing is so important. For me, I like to spend time with my family, go for a long walk, cook a meal, or play a game of golf with friends,โ said OโConnell of the many ways of keeping active and healthy.
