GLOW Pilates studio in Limerick is set to expand from its original O’Callaghan Strand location in the city with the announcement of a second studio in the Ballysimon Road area.
The newest ‘Reformer Pilates’ space is situated in the AS Fitness building in the Eastway Business Park, housing a number of health, fitness, and wellness services, including JB Physiotherapy and The Hot Rooms yoga.
Studio owner, director, and senior teacher Leah Harte attributes her business’s success to Glow’s client-centred approach, backed by an experienced team of teachers serving a warm community of clients.
Ms Harte says that “as teachers, we’re well attuned to the nuances of what it can mean and how it can feel to move our bodies in a safe space and the impact this can have on our overall wellbeing”.
“We prioritise fostering that space for our clients so that they have the freedom to do what feels best for them with guidance and support from us.’
Glow Pilates services include a wide range of Reformer Pilates group classes, one-on-one pilates, movement rehabilitation sessions, meditation and breathwork classes, physiotherapy, cancer rehab services, and more.
