
A NUMBER of special schools in Limerick will benefit from the allocation of new funding aimed at improving educational resources for students with significant needs.
Thatโs according to Limerick OPW Minister Kieran OโDonnell who confirmed that St Gabrielโs School, Catherine McAuley School, Red Hill School, and Limerick Community Special School are to be appointed a new deputy principal from the new school year on foot of the government funding allocation.
The four schools, as well as St Vincentโs in Lisnagry, will also benefit from an increased allocation of teaching hours from September.
