His ideas are exactly the sort of “radical strategic reset of housing policy” which the independent Housing Commission issued only last week recommends to reduce rents and increase supply.
Other candidates talk of accelerating 200-2000 homes. Moran and the Commission know Limerick needs a plan now to deliver the 55,000-116,000 homes it might need by 2050.
