TESCO Ireland has put the call out across to community groups across Limerick to apply for the Tesco Community Fund.

The fund has โ‚ฌ8,000 available to give to worthy causes across the county who could use a helping hand.

To celebrate the recent opening of Tesco Kilteely, the nationwide supermarket chain made a number of donations to local clubs and schools, including Corpus Christi (โ‚ฌ2,000), Moyross Football Club (โ‚ฌ1,000), and St Maryโ€™s National School (โ‚ฌ1,000).

Now entering its 10th year, the fund is open for applications and nominations on tescoireland.ie.
