LOCAL Fianna Fáil councillor Joe Pond has asked Limerick City and County Council for an update on the proposed development of community bungalows at Mulcair Drive in Annacotty.
Cllr Pond, a representative for Limerick City East, was informed by the local authority that the proposed Annacotty development will be comprised of six two-bedroom houses, arranged as three single-storey bungalows in semi-detached formation.
“The houses have been designed to Universal Design guidelines to accommodate a range of applicant types including elderly,” explained senior engineer with the Council, Brendan Kidney.
