LIMERICK’S RóisÃn Upton, Catholic Institute, and her international colleague Katie Mullan have joined Shrachi Rarh Bengal Tigers ahead of the inaugural Women’s Hockey India League.
Each player joined for a fee of around €12,000.
Olympica Upton, aged 30, was a key member of the Ireland Team at the 2018 World Cup.
The four-team women’s league will begin in December.
