First into action are Ballynanty Rovers and Aisling Annacotty at LIT on Friday (6.30pm); Regional United host new Premier League leaders and 16/1 shots Fairview Rangers, for whom Brian Aherne netted a cracking hat trick against Geraldines a few days ago, on Saturday (7pm).
On Sunday the programme is Pike Rovers v Janesboro, Nenagh v Newport and Murroe v Mungret Regional (all 11am).
