LIMERICK’S Children’s Grief Centre recently welcomed the Ombudsman for Children, Dr Niall Muldoon, to their headquarters on O’Connell Avenue in the city.
The visit was an opportunity to make Dr Muldoon aware of the service, and a chance to let him see first-hand all the work that the centre does.
CEO of the Children’s Grief Centre, Mairéad O’Keeffe, said that it was a privilege to welcome Dr Muldoon to the centre, to see the difference that the team makes in children’s lives.
Dr Muldoon said that “it was a wonderful experience to visit the Children’s Grief Centre and learn about the great work that is being done”.
