LIMERICK’S Eoin Corby set his first Irish Senior Record in the heats of the 200m Breaststroke at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

Corby touched in 2:06.45 erasing Uiseann Cooke’s 2021 record.

Commented Corby: “I’m very happy, funnily enough I felt kind of weird in the warm-up and I just kind of put that aside.”
