THE curtain comes down on a hectic local GAA season with three County Championship Finals listed for Saturday.

On the football front, Cappagh/Rathkeale are fancied to account for Shannon Gaels Athea in the Under-20 A Final at Askeaton’s Páirc na nGael (1pm, referee: Liam O’Sullivan), while it’s difficult to call the B decider between St. Kieran’s and Galtee Gaels on the 3G pitch of Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale that night (9pm, referee: Kieran Flaherty).

In between is the attractive Under-20 B Hurling Final between Askeaton Ballysteen Kilcornan Desmonds and Croom Granagh Ballingarry, which has a 2pm start time at Rathkeale’s Seán Finn Park.

The referee here is Michael Browne.
