Portrait of Limerick Children’s Grief Centre unveiled

The portrait was unveiled at the Limerick Children's Grief Centre.

A VERY special homage to a woman who has done a great deal for the children of Limerick who were living through the hardest time in their young lives has been unveiled.

A portrait of Sister Helen Culhane, founder of the Limerick Childrenโ€™s Grief Centre, was hung at the hub she helped dream into existence.

The painting was commissioned of the Childrenโ€™s Grief Centreโ€™s founder on the occasion of her retirement this past year.

Crafted by artist Barbra Hartigan, it was unveiled recently.
