NO injuries were reported following a fire at a Limerick city chipper earlier today (Sunday).
Three units attached to Limerick City and County Fire Service attended the scene at Fusco’s, situated at Greenhills Road, Garryowen.
The fire took hold inside the takeaway business premises around 3pm, causing smoke damage.
Gardaà also attended the scene, however no foul play was suspected.
