LIMERICK ace James Naughton set a new football record with an astonishing haul of 4-12 in Sundayโ€™s League win over Waterford at Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale.

The St Senanโ€™s star grabbed from an incredible 4-3 from play as Limerick breezed past the visitors, 4-24 to 1-17.

Naughton overtakes from the late Frankie Donnelly (Tyrone) as the highest individual scorer in an inter-county game.
