SEVERAL greyhounds delivered electrifying performances in their pursuit of the prestigious โฌ80,000 prize in the second round of the Con and Annie Kirby Memorial at Limerick at the weekend.
Among the standout performances of the night, Toolmaker Joseph (nominator: Pallasgreen GAA) stole the show with a blistering run, securing back-to-back victories and leading home a one-two finish for his trainer, Robert Gleeson.
Other impressive performances included Faypoint Ranger, who spearheaded a fine double for two-time winner Graham Holland alongside Brideside Bill, and Lemon Joey, who continued his unbeaten streak with a dominant trap-to-line victory.
