BUOYED by a massive opening round win away to Tipperary, Limerick will be full of confidence for next Wednesday night’s Munster Under-20 Hurling Championship outing with Waterford at Fraher Field in Dungarvan (7pm).
Against Tipp, Evan Loftus’s side were rated as 8/1 rank outsiders but tore the form book to shreds with a hugely impressive display at Semple Stadium.
Limerick have lead players in senior servants Seán Casey, Darragh Langan, Hugh Flanagan, and Fintan Fitzgerald
Sean Casey (Bruff), Darragh Langan (Monaleen), Hugh Flanagan (Garryspillane), and captain Fintan Fitzgerald (Mungret St. Paul’s), along with Matthew Fitzgerald (Monaleen).
