THE total cost of the boundary wall and railing at Mount Saint Oliver Cemetery was €247,985, councillors were informed at a Metropolitan District meeting of Limerick City and County Council.
Labour Party councillor Elena Secas asked the local authority for a breakdown of the funding sources.
The cost, she was told, was inclusive of levelling the large mound of material located on the cemetery side of the boundary wall and associated landscaping.
The project was funded by €100,000 General Municipal Allocation (GMA) and the remainder funded from development contributions.
