MAYOR John Moran visited a new Focus Housing Association development at Brรบ Na Gruadรกn in Castletroy to mark the delivery of 37 much-needed homes for the local community.

The development is part of a significant partnership with Limerick City and County Council, helping to meet rising demand for high-quality one and two-bedroom homes in one of Limerickโ€™s most desirable areas.

Brรบ Na Gruadรกn is one of the first housing projects in the region to reflect the Council’s new โ€˜mixed tenureโ€™ policy, blending social housing with affordable purchase and rightsizing opportunities.

Of the 63 homes in the overall development, Focus Housing Association has acquired 37 unitsโ€”comprising five one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom homes.
