IN his first appearance of 2025, five-time All-Ireland winning captain Declan Hannon has been selected at centre-back on the Limerick side which hosts Clare in the concluding game group fixture of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship at the Gaelic Grounds next Sunday (4pm).
Across a stellar career, Hannon has lined out in almost 60 championship ties. His first appearance was back in 2012.
And after a six-year championship absence, Shane Dowling will keep goal for the defending champions.
Among those rested by home manager John Kiely for the outing are captain Cian Lynch and Kyle Hayes, man-of-the-match in the weekend defeat of Cork.
