THE search is on for the most popular lollipop person in Ireland.
A call has gone out across Limerick and the rest of Ireland to nominate the best loved lollipop person in all the land.
They spend their days helping school children get to class safely in rain, shine, and hail, and now lollipop company Tonstix is asking people in Limerick to show their top lollipop people a bit of love.
Nominations can be made by posting a picture or video on social media and using the #TonstixLollipopPerson hashtag.

The winner will be crowned in June before the summer school bell rings.
