Sun & the Moon delves into the emotional aftermath of a difficult breakup, charting the divergent paths of former lovers. The song reflects on the obsessive and paranoid behaviours that can follow heartbreak, contrasting the metaphorical ‘sun’—symbolising healthy choices and healing—with the ‘moon’, representing toxic patterns. Together, they coexist in the same sky, much like the duality of human response to loss.
