A COUNTY Limerick day care centre is appealing for the public’s help to assist them in fundraising €60,000 to improve their services.
St Michael’s Day Care Centre is a registered charity providing social, physical, and psychological support to senior citizens across east County Limerick for over 27 years.
With the public’s help, the centre is hoping to use these funds to complete structural modifications to the existing building, replace their 20-year-old kitchen and improve transport accessibility as members at the centre continue to increase.
The group will launch their fundraising drive on Wednesday, June 18.
