FIANNA Fáil councillor Michael Collins has put the call out to Limerick City and County Council for the hedgerow on the right-hand side at Woodfield Grove on the boundary with Newcastle West Town FC pitch to be cleaned and the green palisade fence to be continued to the end of the road.
This, he told the Council executive at this month’s Newcastle West district meeting, is to stop illegal dumping and anti-social behaviour.
The Council told the Fianna Fáil representative that a meeting will be arranged onsite to clarify the extent of the works required.
