Dolans Warehouse will welcome The Lizberries this Saturday, 5 July, for a special performance celebrating the music of The Cranberries.
Formed in Milan, The Lizberries began as an original band before finding their true voice in 2012 as a tribute to the iconic Limerick group. With thousands of Cranberries fans across Europe, they quickly found themselves in demand at venues such as the Hard Rock Café and at festivals from Romania to France, Croatia to the UK. For over a decade, they have been bringing their captivating live show to audiences across the continent.
Speaking to the Limerick Post, the band shared their excitement about returning to Ireland:
“We’re filled with excitement to come back and play the music of our beloved Cranberries once again.”
But this visit is about more than just music.
“This time, we want the journey to be something deeper – a path of rediscovery. We’ll be following in the footsteps of The Cranberries, visiting the places that shaped them, meeting those who knew them, and keeping their spirit alive – especially that of our dear Dolores – with love and respect.
“Our aim is to gather stories, thoughts and emotions along the way, and create a special concert when we return: something that goes beyond the music, sharing the journey, the landscapes, and, most importantly, the feelings they’ve left in us.”

The Lizberries – Cristina (vocals), Mattia (guitar), Stefano (bass) and Mauro (drums) – originally performed under the name The Lizards, playing a mix of original songs and covers. It was their covers of Cranberries songs that particularly struck a chord with audiences.
“We discovered that Cristina’s voice had an uncanny resemblance to Dolores’ and found an audience of Cranberries fans eager to hear their favourite songs live.”
Since then, The Lizberries have brought their faithful renditions of The Cranberries’ greatest hits to hundreds of audiences, from intimate club shows to major festivals.
This tour marks their fifth visit to Ireland, and they’re expecting something special in Limerick.
“The best shows are always the ones where the audience sings along with us, giving us their energy. That’s exactly what has happened every time we’ve played in Ireland – so our expectations are high!”
On Saturday July 5, The Lizberries will bring their authentic, heartfelt celebration of The Cranberries to the hometown of Dolores, Noel, Mike and Fergal.
After Show Party: Following the performance, Dolans Terrace will host an After Show Party with DJ Eric Fitz, spinning everything from indie and alternative to disco, Irish classics and more. Admission to the After Party is free, with music til late.
