
PROPERTY prices in Limerick have risen by โฌ10,000 during the second quarter of 2025.
That’s according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report, in association with Bank of Ireland, which also showed the median asking price for a property in the county is now โฌ285,000.
This means prices have risen by โฌ25,000 compared with this time last year. Limerick City prices have seen an 11.2 per cent rise compared with this time last year, up to โฌ178,000.
Asking prices for a three-bed semi-detached house in the county rose by โฌ12,000 over the quarter to โฌ280,000, while the asking price for a four-bed semi in the city rose by โฌ15,000 to โฌ355,000.
There were 388 properties for sale in Limerick during this time – an increase of 24 per cent over the quarter.
