Property prices on the rise in Limerick

There were 388 properties for sale in Limerick during this time - an increase of 24 per cent over the quarter.

PROPERTY prices in Limerick have risen by โ‚ฌ10,000 during the second quarter of 2025.

That’s according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report, in association with Bank of Ireland, which also showed the median asking price for a property in the county is now โ‚ฌ285,000.

This means prices have risen by โ‚ฌ25,000 compared with this time last year. Limerick City prices have seen an 11.2 per cent rise compared with this time last year, up to โ‚ฌ178,000.

Asking prices for a three-bed semi-detached house in the county rose by โ‚ฌ12,000 over the quarter to โ‚ฌ280,000, while the asking price for a four-bed semi in the city rose by โ‚ฌ15,000 to โ‚ฌ355,000.
