A LIMERICK woman has been crowned the 2025 Gold Service Scholar by world-renowned chef Heston Blumenthal.
Isabella Condon, hailing from Newcastle West, County Limerick, was awarded the prestigious title as part of a UK-wide competition recognising exceptional front-of-house hospitality talent.
Isabella studied at the Shannon College of Hotel Management and has been working as a junior assistant manager at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London since 2022.
Her journey in hospitality began at Marguerite’s Bakery and Restaurant in Newcastle West, where she first worked alongside her family.
