LIMERICK artist Gillian Kenny Shinnors is currently showing her work in three exhibitions including the Royal Hibernian Academy’s 195th Annual, running until August 3.

Gillian, who was awarded the Countess Markievich medal for painting by the United Arts Club Dublin during her days in Limerick School of Art and Design, is also currently exhibiting in the Courthouse Gallery, Ennistymon, at its annual summer exhibition, as well as a solo exhibition in Signal Arts Centre in Bray last weekend (June 13).

Irish Times Critic Aidan Dunne described the Limerick artist’s work as “crisply and expertly painted”.
