THE people of Limerick, and those visiting from near and far, have been called to capture the county’s best side.
Limerick City and County Council and Limerick’s Live95 radio station have launched the ‘Great Days Out in Limerick’ photo competition.
Running until August 22, the public is encouraged to submit photographs that “reflect the vibrancy, adventure, and charm of Limerick”.
The competition is being run in four categories: Great for Foodies; Great for Adventure; Great for Family Fun; and Great for Culture.
Entries will be judged based on concept, creativity, and composition, and digital editing of smartphone images should be avoided, the Council said.
Entries can be made on limerick.ie. Winners in each category will get a €250 Limerick Gift Card.
