
MET รireann has issued a Status Yellow thunder storm warning for Limerick for tomorrow (Wednesday).
This comes amid startling 27-degree heat across the county today.
A statement from the weather service warned of thunder storms in parts of Limerick, Clare, and Kerry for tomorrow (Wednesday August 13).
Included in the Status Yellow warning is the potential for localised flooding, lightning damage, and difficult travel conditions.
According to the Met รireann update, the Status Yellow warning will be in place from 3pm on Wednesday until 9pm.
