MUNSTER easily overcame Connacht, 44-5, to kick-start their interest in the Women’s Interprovinicial Rugby Championship at Virgin Media Park, Cork.
For Matt Brown’s team, the tries flowed through newcomer Grainne Burke, Chisom Ugwueru (3), Aoifey Corey, Steph Nunan, Kate Flannery and Brianna Heylmann.
On kicking duty for the Reds was Caitriona Finn, a deserved winner of the Player of the Match award.
Munster are away to holders Leinster next Saturday.
