A TOTAL of 392 fines have been issued by the Domestic Waste and Litter team and Commercial Waste team at Limerick City and County Council between January 1 last year and the end of June 2025.
This comes from a response from the local authority to a question submitted by Independent councillor for Limerick City West, Maria Donoghue.
Responding to the councillor’s question, the local authority revealed that a total of €23,130 was collected from these fines over the period.
