LIMERICK City and County Council have launched its sixth initiative under the New Build Incremental Purchase Scheme.
Open to first-time buyers, the scheme offers existing working local authority and AHB tenants and households on HAP and RAS the chance to purchase discounted market homes in De Vere Court in John Carew Park.
Eligible applicants can buy these newly-constructed starter homes at a 40 to 60 per cent discount, based on certain income bands.
Some of the homes on offer include three-beds priced between €115,685 and €173,527. Applications are now open and will close on September 19.
