
THERE’S a buzz in the air at Fordes Courtyard, one of Limerick’s newest gems, as the venue welcomes a new face behind the bar. Kate McNamara, an experienced and highly regarded bar manager, has recently taken the reins, bringing with her a fresh wave of creativity, professionalism, and passion for the craft of cocktails.
With her many years of experience working in some of Limerick’s busiest hospitality venues, Kate is already making an impression on regulars with her inventive focus on elevating the overall guest experience. Staff describe her as a natural leader, and customers have taken to her warm and engaging presence behind the bar. “I’m delighted to be leading the team in Fordes Courtyard, there’s so much potential here and it’s exciting to be a part of a new Bar in Limerick” says Kate.
Fordes Courtyard, located on Little Ellen Street, has built a reputation for its stylish interior, Italian inspired food, and extensive range of consistently excellent drinks.
