The victors will have a home semi-final against Highfield or Young Munster, who meet at Woodleigh Park.
The quarter finals of the Cyril Fitzgerald Plate are also down for decision the same afternoon.
UL Bohemian host Bruff at Annacotty, with the winners to face either Cashel or Clonmel.
Elsewhere, Old Crescent welcome Dolphin to Takumi Park.
The winners will be at home to Thomond, who have received a bye into the semi-finals.
On Sunday in North Munster, Garryowen lock horns with Shannon in the semi-finals of the Transfield Cup, at Dooradoyle. The winners will take on Old Crescent or St Maryโs, who meet at Takumi Park, in the decider.
