LIMERICK primary schools have the chance to create the magic of Christmas as part of a new fundraising appeal with festive radio station, Christmas FM.
The station has unveiled its ‘Switch Christmas On’ competition, which raises funds for charities, and one lucky class now has the opportunity to join the the station ahead of its return to the airwaves later this year.
The Magic of Christmas appeal is continuing with established children’s charity partners, aiming to raise over €1,000,000 in the next three years.
Since it began broadcasting 18 years ago, Christmas FM has raised over €4million for a range of charities.

Primary schools nationwide can enter online until September 22.
